Oak Run home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Oak Run rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Oak Run in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Oak Run for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,408, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
