Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
When: Sat, November 17, 10am – 10am
Where: Buchanan Center For the Arts, 64 Public Sq, Monmouth, IL 61462, USA (map)
Students K-12th grade are invited to submit a single piece of artwork from any medium. Artwork should reflect and interpret Johnny Mercer’s and Henry Mancini’s 1962 Grammy Award winning song, Moon River. There is no entry fee and forms are available at the Buchanan Center for the Arts and the Warren County Public Library.
Deadline for entry: Saturday, October 20
Reception: 12-2pm Saturday, November 3
Awards presented at 1pm
