Illinois students paid $36,400 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year $1,100 more than the $35,300 charged for 2016-17.
Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 270 students received grants or scholarships totaling $7.13 million and 211 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.48 million.
Including all undergraduates, 1,195 students used grants or scholarships totaling $30.87 million. Another 886 took out $6.31 million in federal student loans.
Editor's note: A previous version of this story incorrectly described the cost of attendance, which includes both tuition and fees.
