a. Katie Bulava, Director, Outreach & Training, Illinois Association of School Boards will be present for training with the following objectives:

1. Teamb uilding among members of the board and the superintendent.

2. Consider and clarify board/superintendent roles and responsibilities.

3. Assess processes and discuss working relationships and expectations for the team.

4. Identify the next steps and board development efforts.
