Member Berry moved to approve with a second from Member Smith. Motion carried by roll call vote with all ayes (5,0)

Member Smith moved to approve, with a second from Member Barclay. Motion carried by roll call vote with all ayes (5,0)

Member Barclay moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by roll call vote with all ayes (5,0)

7. Zoning Office Report

Kim Mayberry reported we have had 58 Conditional Use Permit/Special Home Occupation Permit renewals paid, 14 are no longer in business, and 4 need toapply for a Conditional Use Permit under their ownership.12 – second notices will be sent out this week. (88 total)There will be 3 hearings at the January 29th ZBA meeting. All 3 are for Commercial Solar Facilities with Greenkey Solar.

9. New Business

a. Discussion/Action: Amendment correcting the 2019 Ordinance Creating Zoning Provisions for the Distribution and Sale of Medical and Recreational Cannabis in Fulton County, IL from “Chapter 9.4” to “Chapter 9.6”.

Member Smith moved to approve with a second from Member Berry. Motion carried by roll call vote with all ayes (5,0)
