1. Current: Airport Layout Plan, Parking Lot, Fuel Island
2. Future projects: Runway 3-21 overlay; Replace runway lighting.
c. Airport Maintenance Update (Don Miles)
i. Tree removals (ongoing); complete painting hangars; pour concrete walkway to Jet Air; install gate on new/relocated fence; cracksealing.
5. Old/Tabled Business:
a. Status - IDOT Inspection (Sept 2023) – tree removals and runway end safety zones.
b. Classification as a regional airport – CLAFFISICATION CHANGED TO REGIONAL!
c. Private hangar construction - proposed changes to new hangar pamphlet.
d. Hangar Leases.
e. Demolition of old terminal building – rescheduled for 2026 due to funding limitations.
f. Ameren transformer in parking lot – update (email 9/23/2024, 10/8/2024)
6. New Business:
a. Provide update from IDOT Aeronautics/FAA TIP Meeting held 10/10/2024.
