MCHS update

- Site Survey is underway

- Waiting on Soil borings report

- Discussed annex of College Ave portion that would become a one way. City is looking into impacts

- Looked at exterior options. Most do not like the lighter color top on the classroom addition. They are going to look at other options and possibly going with a darker color.

- We discussed finish options likes and dislikes.

◦ We like the resin floors or at least floors that would not require waxing

◦ No pink and Grean Tiles

◦ We like the open ceiling look for the cafeteria area. Mike Miller said that an open ceiling usually costs more than ceiling tiles.

- Discussed that we would like the bathrooms in the cafeteria instead of the weightroom area. We will buy additional table to be placed in the foyer during lunch if there is a need.

- Discussed reusing the doors that were installed in our current classroom wing if we are able to go with Phase II.

Other:

- We are signed up with TIPS (co-op)

- We discussed that we need to file claims on the roofs that Riddel roofing believes have damage.

Adjourned @ 7:27 PM Monson Motion Smock second.
