c. Discussion/Action: Temporary P-Card Credit Limit Increase

Member Kessel moved to approve an increase on the County Board card through July with a second from Member Platt. Motion carried by roll call vote (7,0)

d. Discussion/Action: Hometown Consulting – Project Updates and Annual Report

Cole McDainel reported that CEJA funds for 2023 need to be awarded and that phase 2 of the CEJA funds for 2024 needs to be complete.

e. Discussion/Action: Hometown Consulting – Contract Presentation for July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025

f. Discussion/Action: Request for Proposal (Fulton County Courthouse Structural Engineering report) – Review RFP and discuss (Cole McDaniel, Hometown Consulting)
