1. Meeting call to order by Board President Goff.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Roll Call Wrage here, Byrd here, Bouchez here, Hanson here, Smith here, Goff here.
4. There was an opportunity for public comment. None were cited.
5. Motion to enter executive session to conduct interim superintendent interviews pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) was made by Byrd and seconded by Wrage. All in favor motion carried.
6. Motion to leave executive session was made by Smith seconded by Bouchez. All in favor motion carried.
7. Motion to adjourn was made by Wrage and seconded by Byrd. All in favor motion carried.
