There were 562 Hispanic students enrolled in Knox County school districts in the 2021-22 school year, 8.6% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Hispanic students made up 8.4% of the 6,677 students in Knox County during the 2021-22 school year. They were the second least represented ethnicity.

Among the five districts in Knox County, Galesburg Community Unit School District 205 recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 446 students.
