On Thursday, January 25, former Granite City High School standouts Marckell Longstreet and Tyrese Grose’s current college team, the Carl Sandburg Chargers, lost 68-81 in their NJCAA game against the Rock Valley Golden Eagles.

The game took place in Rockford, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Rock Valley Golden Eagles this season.

The Carl Sandburg Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, January 27 at 7 p.m. in Ottumwa, Iowa.
