On Saturday, January 27, former Islands High School standout, Russell Wright’s current college team, the Knox Prairie Fire, lost 70-71 in their NCAA D3 game against the Monmouth Fighting Scots.

The game took place in Monmouth, Illinois. This was the first matchup against the Monmouth Fighting Scots this season.

The Knox Prairie Fire’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31 at 5:30 p.m. in Galesburg, Illinois.
