McDonough County Board ESDA & Claims Committee met Nov. 14.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, Courtroom 201. Committee Members present were Vice Chair Ken Durkin, Eric Blakeley, Joe Erlandson, and Clayton Murphy. Chair Dave Nissen, and Members Larry Aurelio, Craig Foster, and Jarad Royer were absent. Also present was Patrick Stout, County Board Chair Scott Schwerer, and County Clerk Gretchen DeJaynes.

Vice Chair Durkin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Approval of October 17, 2023 Minutes

Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Blakeley to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.

ESDA Director Report

Report received and filed.

Approve Resolution to Amend FY 2023 General County Fund Budget

Member Blakeley moved with a second by Member Murphy to approve Resolution to Amend FY 2023 General County Fund Budget. Motion carried on a voice vote.

Approval of Committee Claims

Member Murphy moved with a second by Member Blakeley, to approve the claims as submitted.

Motion carried on a voice vote.

Approval of County Claims

Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Murphy, to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.

County Board Chair Comments

None.

Adjourn

Member Blakeley moved with a second by Member Murphy to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 p.m.

Motion carried on a voice vote.
