      Public Hearing     Variance of Section 152.231 (A) (1) to allow two On-premise free-standing (pole, pylon, ground or monument) signs on the lot, located at 120 N Kellogg St, PIN 99-10-482-023.

PZ-23-0902           

      Public Hearing     Variance of Section 152.067 (F) (2) to reduce a required side yard setback from 10 feet to 7 feet to allow for the construction of an accessory garage, located at 1764 Bluebird Dr, PIN 99-01-305-010.

      Public Hearing      Variance of Section 152.111 (B) to allow an accessory garage to be 2,520 sq ft instead of 2,000 and a variance of 152.111 (B) (8) (f) to allow 5 accessory buildings instead of 3 and a variance of 152.111 (B) to allow an accessory building to be 20 feet in height (mean height level between eaves and ridge) instead of 18 feet, located at 2149 N Broad St, PIN 99-03-202-015.
