There were 2,230 white students enrolled in Galesburg Community Unit School District 205 in the 2021-22 school year, 0.9% less than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Galesburg Community Unit School District 205 welcomed 4,384 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 57.2% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.
