a. Consideration and action on a resolution authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $6,400,000 General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) pursuant to the Local Government Debt Reform Act of the State of Illinois, as amended, for the purpose of paying the costs of improving school sites and altering, repairing and equipping school buildings and facilities of the District

b. Approval of Limited Notice to Proceed with ENGIE for services related to the design and renovation of the cafetorium and some high school spaces. 

c. Second Reading and Adoption of the ROWVA-Williamsfield Coop Manual 

d. Adjourn to Executive Session for Action on Executive Session

1. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)]

2. Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act, whether for purpose of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(14)]
