The Community Unit School District #205 Board of Education met for a special meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 5:30 PM at 940 W. Fremont St., Galesburg, IL. The roll was read and the following Members responded: Bess-Tabb, Lyon, Phelps, Rodriguez, Scherpe (5) Absent: Boettcher, Taylor (2) Roll Call #1
Member Boettcher entered at 5:32pm.
Consider Approval of FY24 Consolidated Grant Application
It was moved by Member Phelps and seconded y Member Bess-Tabb to approval the grant application as presented. On roll call the following Members voted AYE: Boettcher, Lyon, Phelps, Rodriguez, Scherpe, Bess-Tabb (6) Motion carried. Roll Call #2
Consider Approval of Bright Futures Building Start Times for 2023-2024 School Year It was moved by Member Phelps and seconded by Member Bess-Tabb to approve as presented. On roll call the following Members voted AYE: Lyon, Phelps, Rodriguez, Scherpe, Bess-Tabb, Boettcher (6) Motion carried. Roll Call #3

It was moved by Member Phelps and seconded by Member Boettcher that the meeting be adjourned—5:36 PM. On voice vote the following Members voted AYE: Phelps, Bess-Tabb, Boettcher, Lyon, Rodriguez, Scherpe (6) Motion carried. Roll Call #4
