Vote to recommend referring complaint by Mr. Spinks to the Illinois of Dept of Human Rights.
Motion by McKillip, Second by Bejarano-Robinson. Unanimous Vote to Refer
Finalize action recommendations for the City
Discussion of guidelines for agency to distribute funds on behalf of City as Requested by Mayor. The commission discussed the board makeup of the agency should strive to represent the same demographics as the community in age, race, gender, ethnicity, etc. Chair King will put together final draft of recommendation for the Mayor.
