Here is the agenda provided by the board: 

1. Meeting call to order by Board President Stewart

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Acknowledgement and approval of vote certification from County Clerk

4. Swearing in of new Board members

5. Adjourn sine die

New Board:

1. Appoint a President Pro Tem and a Secretary Pro Tem

2. Meeting call to order by President Pro Tem

3. Election of officers to 2-year terms (roll call or ballot vote)

b. Vice President

c. Secretary

4. Reaffirm district treasurer, attorney, architect, & auditor 

5. Reaffirm dates and location for regular school board meetings

6. Action to adopt existing policies and regulations of the school district

7. BOE Committee appointments

8. Opportunity for public comment

9. Approval of Consent Agenda

All items listed under the consent agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a board member requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered individually.

9. Discussion and action to put amended FY23 district budget on display

11. Enter executive session to discuss student discipline, employment and performance of personnel, BOE self evaluation, and pending litigation pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)

12. Return to open session

13. Action on items related to executive session

14. Adjourn

The next regular BOE meeting is scheduled to be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:00pm in the Kutkat Conference Room of the administrative office.
