Emergency Board Meeting
The emergency board meeting was called to order on Tuesday, March 7th, by President Derrick Appell. Board members present: President: Derrick Appell. Clerk: Kelly Scott. Trustees: Dale Grawe, Shirley Kistler, Keith Holland, Nick Morris, Brian DeVito, and Ryan West. Absent: Treasurer: Mark Compton.
Closed Session – Personnel Issues: Keith motioned to go into closed session at 7:31 p.m. and 2nd by Dale. All Ayes
Open Session for adjournment: Shirley motioned to go back into open session at 9:01 p.m. and Keith 2nd the motion. All Ayes
Keith motioned to offer Jason $30.00/hr. with an IMRF Retirement plan (providing that the Village qualifies). If the Village does not qualify for IMRF, a retirement plan will be decided working with Jason to find a plan of his liking. The Village will pay into his retirement based on the IMRF rate. Ryan 2nd the motion. Ayes: Dale, Shirley, Keith, Nick, Brian, and Ryan. Passes: 6-0
Called Jason to discuss offer and Jason accepted offer.
Adjournment: Keith motioned to adjourn at 9:07 p.m. and Shirley 2nd the motion. All Ayes. The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, April 6th, 2023.
