Bill List
- HS auditorium speakers $798 = portable for stage
- Heating units for HS $6194 = replace in greenhouse
- Cooler Repair from Crawford $9000 = also included JR HVAC
- HS/TXM Program $7727 = replace robotic equipment, old and no longer serviceable
- SHI International $85,163 = new cyber switches/equipment (E-rate grant will cover 75%)
P Card
- Concord Theatrical $2217 = invoice from last year musical
Expense Report
- Special aide/bus monitor over budget = hired aide for BSAHED/REM transports do to age of students riding
- Meeting travel 428% over budget = travel/stay to get service dog for HS in Kanas City
Other Items
- March bills = some essentials to be paid before next meeting do to board meeting late in the month
- Investments = we have $6 mil of our own bonds, depending on building project pay outs may need to sell for easy access to the funds
