Warren County Board Public Transit Committee met March 7
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. Opening of meeting and agenda approval
2. Questions/Comments from guests:
3. Approval of February minutes
4. Review and Approval of bills
5. Old business:
a. Fuel Tank for Transit Building (waiting on contact from IDOT garage next door)
b. Dispatch Software (will be installed no later than April 17th)
c. Rebranding Campaign (waiting to hear back from IDOT Procurement expert)
d. Audit wrap up (completing signatures and then will submit to IDOT)
6. New business:
a. Monthly PCOM report
b. FY 24 grant applications will be submitted next month and will need board approval.
c. Low-no Fleet Federal Grant application: IDOT is requesting us to participate in their second attempt at fuel efficient buses.
