1. The meeting was called to order by Board President Stewart.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Roll Call was taken. All BOE members were present.
4. There was an opportunity for public comment.
5. The following consent agenda items were approved.
a. Approval of January bills
b. Approval of minutes of regular Board of Education meeting on December 12, 2022
c. Accept letter of resignation from Nicole Foster
d. Approval to hire Heather Shores as full-time custodian/building & grounds
e. Approval of 2023-2024 curricular offerings to mirror current year options
f. Approval of High School graduation 2pm Sunday, May 21, 2023
g. Approval of annual diesel fuel pricing process
h. Approval of annual membership renewals, intergovernmental agreements, & resolutions
i. IESA (MS sports and activities)
ii. IHSA (HS sports and activities)
iii. IASB (statewide association of school boards)
i. Delabar CTE Cooperative Intergovernmental Agreement Resolution
iv. KWSED cooperative (special education cooperative)
v. Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative
vi. Lasalle County Food Purchasing Cooperative
6. Mr. Farquer provided the monthly administrative report.
