NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE is hereby given that the Village of Yates City, Knox County, Illinois, will hold a sealed bid auction on March 7, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this auction shall be for a 2011 Ford Ranger, which will no longer be used by the Village. This will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. There will be no minimum bid.
Bids shall be addressed to Village of Yates City Clerk, and delivered to 102 W. Main St. (or P.O. Box 145) Yates City, Il 61572, in a sealed envelope bearing the label “ Ford Ranger Auction Bid”. All bids must be received by March 7th at 3:00 p.m. and will be opened at the Village Board meeting on March 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
