Sophia Gugliotta had a season-best 21 points and Lilly Isenhour had a double-double, but the Carl Sandburg College women's basketball team's three-game win streak ended with a 71-63 loss at Kishwaukee on Thursday night.

The Chargers (7-13 overall, 2-3 Arrowhead Conference) outscored the Kougars 25-10 in the second quarter to take a 33-31 lead into halftime, but Kishwaukee regained the lead with a 21-13 advantage in the third.

Sandburg led 57-54 with 6:24 to go on Gugliotta's third 3-pointer of the contest, but the Kougars scored 10 of the next 12 points in the following 2 minutes.

Gugliotta led the Chargers in scoring, going 9 of 26 from the field and surpassing her previous season-high of 16 points on Jan. 16 against Illinois College JV. The freshman also had seven rebounds and three assists against Kishwaukee.

Isenhour had 19 points and 17 rebounds after having her six-game double-double streak snapped in Sandburg's previous contest. The freshman forward was 12 of 18 from the floor and picked up 11 of her 17 rebounds on the offensive glass. Isenhour also finished with four blocks, three assists and two steals.

Elly Bentley also reached double figures for the Chargers, scoring 16 on 7-for-18 shooting to go along with six rebounds, four steals and two assists.

The Kougars also had three players in double figures, led by Kira Klapprodt's 21 points. Kayla Boyd had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Kishwaukee.
