Meetings of the Board of conducted for the purpose of carrying on the business of the schools, and therefore, are not public meetings, but meetings held in public. Community members are invited to share their questions, comments, or concerns regarding agenda items with the Board. When speaking, citizens should state their name and address for the record. Because the Board desires to hearviewpoints of citizens throughout the District, it has scheduled on period during each meeting for public comment. The Board has designated a 5 minute time limit for individual speakers. The Board Secretary will keep time. (District Policy 2:230)

Presentation and request regarding Reading/Literacy Series adoption and implementation - Mrs. Wallace, Mr. Coate, Instructional Coach(es)
5. BOARD ACTION
● Resolution to approve final tax levy December 2022
● Resolution (i) transferring lawfully available funds to the bond and interest fund of the District and (ii) abating a portion of the taxes heretofore levied to pay debt service on the General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2019, of the District.
● Resolution to accept Financial Audit as presented
● Possible Resolution to approve the addition of Softball to UJH Activities
● Possible Resolution to approve the addition of Football to UJH Activities
