We Care is announcing it Adopt- A Family program for 2022.
Adopt-a-Family is an income-based Christmas assistance program for Grundy County Families in crisis. Applications will be taken during the dates and times below. The assistance is also for people without children in need of holiday meal. If you are in need of help, please plan to attend on of these days and bring following required documentation:
Photo ID for the Head of Household, Address Verification, Proof of Income.
In Person Application Days
October 11, 9-Noon
October 21, 9-Noon/1-3 pm
October 27th, 9-Noon/1/-3 pm
October 29th, 10:30am -1pm, at the American Legion In Gardner
November 3rd, 5-7pm
November 11th, 2-6pm
