Williamsfield Community Unit School District Board of Education met Sept. 12.

Budget Public Hearing
The public hearing will be held in the Kutkat Conference Room of the district office in Williamsfield, IL at 7:00pm just prior to the School Tax Levy public hearing.
The hearing was called to order by Board President Stewart.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was taken. Kutkat joined via phone. All other BOE members were physically present.
There was an opportunity for public comment on the proposed FY23 budget.
The hearing adjourned.
School Tax Levy Public Hearing
The public hearing will be held in the Kutkat Conference Room of the district office in Williamsfield, IL at approximately 7:01pm, just prior to the regular BOE meeting.
The hearing was called to order by Board President Stewart.
Roll Call was taken. Kutkat joined via phone. All other BOE members were physically present.
There was an opportunity for public comment on the proposed 2022 School Tax Levy.
The hearing adjourned.
Board of Education Meeting
The meeting will be held in the Kutkat Conference Room of the district office in Williamsfield, IL at approximately 7:03pm, just after the levy public hearing.
The meeting was called to order by Board President Stewart.
Roll Call was taken. Kutkat joined via phone. All other BOE members were physically present.
There was an opportunity for public comment.
The following Consent Agenda items were approved.
Approval of September bills
Approval of minutes of regular Board of Education meeting on August 8, 2022
Approval to hire Nicole Foster as full-time certified staff member
Approval of annual alternate revenue bond abatement resolution
The FY23 Budget and 2022 School Tax Levy were approved.
The Early Childhood Grant application was approved.
Mr. Farquer provided the monthly administrative report.
The BOE entered executive session to discuss employment and performance of personnel pursuant 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
The BOE returned to open session.
The meeting adjourned.
