CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the United Board of Education was called to order at 4:00 p.m., May 27 , 2022. Roll was called and answered by: Dana Poole, Joel Johnson, Jill Jenks, and Hank Shimmin.
AGENDA
Hank Shimmin made a motion to approve the agenda with a second by Joel Johnson. Roll Call: Aye – Dana Poole, Jill Jenks, Joel Johnson, and Hank Shimmin. Nay – none.
Emergency L/S Amendment
Hank Shimmin made a motion to approve a resolution (attached) to authorize emergency repair of the United 304 High School well. Jill Jenks seconded the motion. Roll Call: Aye - Hank Shimmin, Joel Johnson, Jill Jenks, and Dana Poole. Nay - none.
Adjourn
Jill Jenks made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:12 p.m. Joel Johnson seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Motion carried.
