Call to Order/Roll Call
The Community Unit School District #205 Board of Education met for a special meeting on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 8:00 AM at 932 Harrison St., Galesburg, IL. The roll was read and the following Members responded: Cervantez (via phone), Lyon, Scherpe, Phelps, Bess-Tabb (via phone) (5) Absent: Rodriguez, Boettcher (2) Roll Call #1
Consider Approval of Personnel Agenda
It was moved by Member Phelps and seconded by Member Lyon to approve as presented. On roll call the following Members voted AYE: Cervantez, Lyon, Phelps, Scherpe, Bess-Tabb (5) Motion carried. Roll Call #2
Consider Approval of Class of 2022 Food Service Account Refunds
It was moved by Member Bess-Tabb and seconded by Member Lyon to approve as presented. Mrs. Hamm stated that these are the remaining funds in the food accounts of the students who just graduated and needs approved to process the refunds. On roll call the following Members voted AYE: Scherpe, Bess-Tabb, Cervantez, Lyon (4) Motion carried. Roll Call #5
Adjournment
It was moved by Member Lyon and seconded by Member Phelps that the meeting be adjourned—8:05 AM. On voice vote the following Members voted AYE: Scherpe, Bess-Tabb, Cervantez, Lyon, Phelps (5) Motion carried. Roll Call #7
