CALL HEARING TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

Public Hearing on Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022, in the High School LMC at 200 South B Street, Monmouth, IL.

At 6:45 p.m., Board Vice President Brooks called the public hearing on the 2021-2022 Tentative Amended Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Monmouth-Roseville C.U.S.D. #238 to order. The roll was read for the public hearing and the following Members responded: Brooks, Huston, Schumm, and Switzer (4). Roll call #1

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Board Vice President Brooks led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC COMMENTS None

PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Superintendent Fletcher stated that the Tentative Budget had been on display for the required 30 days and Certificates of Notice of Public Hearing on Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Monmouth Roseville C.U.S.D. # 238 were published in The Review Atlas (certificate of publication from The Review Atlas will be inserted with these minutes). The Superintendent remarked that no written objections had been filed during this period of public inspection.

PRESENTATION OF TENTATIVE BUDGET OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE

Superintendent Fletcher presented the Tentative Budget and Appropriation. The Board had no questions for the Superintendent.

PUBLIC INPUT

There was no public input on the Monmouth-Roseville C.U.S.D. # 238, 2021-2022 Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance.
