Mike Bowns shared a link to the Lunch Box (Tools for school food change) website. This website includes an assessment tool free for schools nationwide. Program directors input program data and specifics, generating a customized assessment to help increase scratch cooking, etc. The assessment will take 3-4 hours and will be completed by the District Office Staff with Head Cook input.

New Equipment was also discussed including convection ovens, additional warmers, Camwarmer and Camchiller Units. Prices and availability will be researched.

The current transportation vehicles were discussed. Carpet on the floor makes it hard to get the cambros in and out. New attachment points for securing would be beneficial.
