City of Galesburg Landmark Commission met April 5.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Melissa Goodwin, Suzanne Klohn, Mark Martin, Paul Stewart, Deb Sugai and Greta Woolsey, 6.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob Miener, 1.
OTHERS PRESENT: None.
Chairperson Stewart declared a quorum was present.
Approve Minutes of February 1, 2022
Member Woolsey made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Martin.
Minutes were approved by voice vote.

None.
LC-22-0401 Consider Annual Historic Preservation Awards
Awards will be presented at the May 16th Council meeting. Members discussed nominations and decided upon 455 N Prairie St and 319 W North St.
Member Woolsey moved to approve the nominations for an historic preservation award, seconded by member Sugai.

Nays: None.
Abstentions: None.
Absent: Miener, 1.
Motion was approved by voice vote.
LC-22-0402 Consider General discussion
The Façade Advisory Committee will be discussing potential changes to the façade program at their upcoming meetings.
Landmarks Illinois will host a live, virtual announcement of the 2022 Most Endangered Historic Places in Illinois.
There being no further business, Member Martin made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Member Woolsey, approved by voice vote the meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
