Rachel Parrett purchases 168 Phillips St., Galesburg

On Nov. 10, Rachel Parrett purchased a home at 168 Phillips St., Galesburg from James L. Hutchison (irrevocable trust) and Denise Hensley for $63,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $484.60, 0.77% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 31 properties sold in Galesburg.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Lee Hutchison (85) has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
