On Feb. 14, Brian D. and Melissa J. Pettit purchased a home at 2207 N. Broad St., Galesburg from Stephen J. and Leona Swanson for $189,000.

The last time this home sold was March 1, 2019. It last sold for $930,000.

So far in February 2022, three properties sold in Galesburg.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stephen J. Swanson (37) has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
