FUTURE FACILITY PLANNING

Superintendent Fletcher provided the committee with a comprehensive list of projects that was created with Mr. Greenlief. The project list was created using a list of projects that have been discussed over the years, but never completed. In addition, many projects on the list came from interviews of our staff by our district architect in 2018/2019.

Superintendent Fletcher led a discussion over each project by building with a completion date of Summer 2022. The committee approved each project (with a completion date of summer 2022) by building, but decided to proceed with baseball field lights, soccer field lights, or concrete for a parking area near Sunnylane. The committee will discuss this at a future date.

Member Watson asked about the possibility of building a softball field near the other athletic fields on Sunnylane. After a short discussion, it was decided to continue this discussion at a later date.
