2021: Wataga experienced a 14.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Wataga rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Wataga in 2020, as well.
