Oneida median home prices fell by 51.9% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Oneida fell by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 76.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 51.9% decrease over the $104,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Oneida in 2020.

The median sales tax in Oneida for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,463, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for 2021.
