What happened to the median home price in Maquon during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Maquon fell by $37,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $15,500 - a 70.9% decrease over the $53,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Maquon in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Maquon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,104, approximately 7.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
