Wataga home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Wataga rose by $158,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 195.1% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wataga in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Wataga for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,387, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
