Galesburg median home prices rose by 47.7% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Galesburg rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 82.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 47.7% increase over the $66,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Galesburg in the fourth quarter of 2020.
