Monmouth - Roseville Community Unit School District #238 Board of Education met January 3.

      4.1 Consideration and action on a Resolution declaring the intention to issue $7,500,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds of the District, for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of said School District, and directing that notice of such intention be published in the manner provided by law.

      4.2 Consideration and action on a Resolution setting forth and describing in detail claims heretofore authorized and allowed for proper school purposes which are presently outstanding and unpaid, declaring the intention to issue $9,500,000 bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District, and directing that notice of such intention be published as provided by law.
