Report: Williamsfield School District spent $16,670 per student in 2019-20

Spending per pupil at Williamsfield Community Unit School District 210 was up 10.4 percent from five years ago, according to the Galesburg Reporter analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2019-20 report card showed the Knox County school district spent $15,099 per pupil in 2015-16. It spent $16,670 in 2019-20.

The district's enrollment rose from 290 to 300 students over the same period.

Williamsfield's spending in 2019-20 was 15 percent higher than the state average of $14,492.
