On Aug. 16, Jeremy T. and Kara S. Downin purchased a home at 102 Goodsill Court, E. Galesburg from James C. Mundth and Meggie Malone for $377,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,791.90, 3.12% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $415,000 on Feb. 27, 2017.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in East Galesburg.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James C. Mundth has been registered to vote since 2017. Meggie Malone has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 102 Goodsill Court, E. Galesburg as of Oct. 10, 2020: James C. Mundth, 40, James Richard Little, 61, Meggie Malone, and Robin Kindy Little, 60.
