116 E. Main St., Yates City acquired by Andrew Draher

On Aug. 18, Robert Gary and Mary T. Edwards sold their one bedroom home at 116 E. Main St., Yates City to Andrew Draher for $81,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,405.70, 1.72% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Yates City in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary Edwards has been registered to vote since 2019. Robert G. Edwards has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 116 E. Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary Edwards, Linda a Edwards, 77, and Robert G. Edwards, 78.
