On Sept. 17, Paul L. and Emily L. Mangieri purchased a home at 1468 Clark St., Galesburg from Karen Engstrom for $135,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,943.36, which is 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 13 properties sold in Galesburg.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Karen Engstrom has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1468 Clark St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Erick Engstrom Thronson, 34, and Karen Engstrom, 70.
