On Aug. 20, Steven Victor and Nellie Perez Victor sold their home at 1368 Grand Ave., Galesburg to Charles R. McCulloch for $25,000.

This home last sold for $25,500 on Aug. 6, 2002.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Galesburg.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nellie Perez has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1368 Grand Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Frank Perez, 85, and Nellie Perez, 78.
