McDonough County ESDA & Claims Committee met Oct. 19.

The ESDA & Claims Committee held its monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was held at the McDonough County Courthouse, Law Library. Committee Members present were Vice Chair Julie Melvin, Larry Aurelio, Letha Clark, Ken Durkin, Joe Erlandson, Craig Foster, and Dick Marcott. Member absent was Chair Dave Nissen. Also present was ESDA Director Edgar Rodriguez, Patrick Stout, County Board Chair Scott Schwerer, and County Clerk DeJaynes.
Vice Chair Melvin called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of August 10, 2021 Minutes
Member Erlandson moved with a second by Member Foster to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.
Optional Mask Wearing
Member Marcott requested Member Foster wear a mask. Member Foster requested making mask wearing optional at meetings. Without a second the motion was dropped.
ESDA Director Report
Director Edgar Rodriguez gave the report.
Approval of Committee Claims
Member Durkin moved with a second by Member Foster, to approve the claims as submitted. Motion carried on a voice vote.

Member Foster moved with a second by Member Durkin to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
