The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Oak Run fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Oak Run fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Oak Run in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oak Run for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,284, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
