Knoxville home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Knoxville rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 13.5% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Knoxville in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,795, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
